Abhay Singh, Lucknow: The dates for the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Elections (UP Nikay Chunav) have been announced. In the civic elections to be held in two phases, the first phase of voting will be held on May 4 and the second phase on May 11. The counting of votes will take place on May 13.
